As a member of the company’s development group, you will oversee a program of 5+ teams based primarily in Kyiv developing prominent products from PoC to delivery based on Agile best practices. Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Ensure all projects and products are delivered using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
  • Perform supervision over projects/products and roadmap deliveries, collaborate with Product Management/Product Owners on upfront deliveries
  • Ensure effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodology and tools
  • Identify Risks, Issues, dependency with mitigations, communicate to Product and Development teams
  • Define project success criteria and milestones and communicate the status updates and progress to the Stakeholders
  • Handle cross teams and customer communication regarding agreed delivery with focus on product and business value
  • Drive change and push products live
  • Ensuring that teams deliver projects on time and to an acceptable standard.
  • Coordinating resources across multiple development teams
  • Managing time allocations and contribute to work priorities across teams and projects.
  • Communicating developer needs and constraints to the wider organization
  • Provide complete delivery visibility through reporting and status meetings with Auditdata leadership and stakeholders
  • Be an ambassador of the Agile practice across the team, coach and mentor teammates in Agile methodologies


  • Solid technical background in software development (C#/.Net or similar) and/or development operations (QA, CI/CD Automation)
  • 3+ years in leadership role (tech/team lead, project/practice manager), leading by example
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and practices
  • Extensive experience with SDLC management tools, specifically with Azure DevOps will be a big plus
  • Well-founded analytical approach to finding simple solutions for complex problems
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Proactive leadership approach in daily work
  • Excellent communication, planning and task management skills
  • Self-driven, eager to learn and broaden own knowledge as well as facilitate team knowledge sharing, learning culture and teamwork
  • Excellent English and communication skills with good sense of humor
