Responsibilities
- Ticket queue.
- Basic documentation
- User onboarding\support (developers)
- Ticket initial recon and info enrichment
- Lots of Learning!
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science
- Basic networking
- Basic Knowledge of ITIL Principles, Agile and DevOps practices
- Understanding of scripting\programming principles
Preferred/Nice to have skills
- PowerShell or .Net would be a plus
