Responsibilities

We have two vacancies of Business Analyst, the first requires knowledge of English and the second one – German language. 

As part of our customer-facing team, you will work with customers from a wide range of functions and industries, to help implement our software, and make their employees more productive.

  • Conduct task analysis workshops with our customers’ key users to understand how they work today, their pain points, and their challenges
  • Produce and validate process documentation using diagrams and user flows
  • Provide recommendations on structuring, reorganizing & standardizing business process data
  • Design solutions using the Platform that positively impact the service quality, efficiency, and productivity of its users
  • Structure requirements and translate them into user stories for our development teams
  • Act as product owner of the deliverable by collaborating with developers, project managers and various subject experts to define, implement and evolve the scope of the deliverable
  • Conduct user acceptance testing with end users, collect feedback and verify business impact
  • Provide end user training and act as an expert on our platform capabilities
  • Work on several projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate closely with the founders, the product team and the sales team

You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to customers and their management, work shoulder to shoulder with our account and customer success teams. Besides that, you and the entire customer services team act as our first-level source of innovation. Since you work with our customers and with the Platform every day, our product team relies on you to provide candid feedback and out-of-the-box ideas, about what works well and what should be improved, to help us innovate all the time.

Requirements

 

  • You have a good working knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools including but not limited to requirements elicitation, wireframing, and modeling.
  • You understand software development lifecycles and planning techniques and are familiar with Agile Development and Scrum
  • You have the ability to relate, cooperate, and communicate with different kinds of people including executives, sponsors, team members, developers, end-users, customers, and subject matter experts
  • You are able to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. You can get things done even when Plan A is not working out.
  • You’re clearly disciplined and organized.
