  • Create and optimize a marketing strategy that follows the company’s business goals to promote its products
  • Manage the marketing team, organize business processes within the department and its cooperation with other departments in the company
  • Identify and develop new channels to attract a targeted audience
  • Conduct market and competitive research, analyze customer demands and behavior
  • Take part in product development and improvement
  • Organize and conduct various promotional activities and events with further marketing support
  • Create a system to analyze and control the results of the marketing team’s activities
  • Provide periodic reports on the efficiency of different promotion channels
  • Initiate and improve report automation
  • Budget planning and control of implementation
  • Develop effective cooperation with external marketing vendors
  • Increase ownership of the marketing funnel for our company and craft the marketing and messaging strategy for our new launches.


  • At least three years of successful experience in the creating and managing a successful digital marketing campaign with proven results in audience growth, increase in conversions etc.
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of working with various digital marketing channels
  • Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, combined with the ability to analyze and consolidate data from various sources and use them for decision making
  • Working with the latest analytical and marketing automation software and services
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Applicant needs to be highly energetic and motivated, naturally initiative and responsibility taking, with a passion for creative and collaborative work

Preferred/Nice to have skills

  • Management experience: staff recruitment, target-setting and monitoring, result analysis and business process development
  • Experience working in the FinTech sphere
  • International work experience
  • Experience managing new market entry
  • Experience working in transnational and remote work structures
  • CPA channel development
