Responsibilities

  • Build new products that will be the core of a new data platform that will serve the entire organization and all our clients.
  • Participate in the full software lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance of our applications.
  • Understand the current architecture, and adapt it as necessary
  • Understand the business to the point you can abstract an explicit requirement into an extensible solution
  • Champion new ideas and technology to the team
  • Find new ways to make us more efficient

Requirements

  • Enterprise-level Node.js and TypeScript experience
  • Proficient understanding of Node.js and TypeScript
  • Proficient understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and/or Kafka would also be ideal.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Well-rounded personality
  • Enthusiasm for technology and finance
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and work with minimal supervision
