Responsibilities
- Creating and executing a strong mobile app promotion (android) performance marketing strategy and execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all paid digital channels to drive strong return on investment
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results
Requirements
- Prior experience (3+ years) in a similar role as well as experience in building effective strategies, including Google UAC, Facebook App Install
- Proven experience in the financial sphere (personal / payday loan)
- Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics and Apps Flyer experience
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
- Goal-orientation, excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred/Nice to have skills
- Experience in the Asia market will be an advantage
