QA Engineer

Responsibilities
Able to function as a QA Engineer as part of Scrum team performing manual testing of CRM products.
- Carry out manual testing activities
- Design, write, maintain & execute functional and non-functional tests
- Lead maintenance of regression test suite and control proper product test coverage
- Log and monitor defects and features in Jira/Xray
- Create and maintain testing environments and infrastructure
- Create and maintain both product and process documentation
- Contribute to Test Automation Framework
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Enthusiasm for finance, testing, and technology
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience in a software quality assurance analyst, business analyst, system support, or related role
- Understanding of client-server architecture
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central a plus
- Experience in API testing a plus
- Familiarity with Cucumber/Gherkin BDD Testing Framework and experience in writing BDD tests a plus
- Experience with automated, load and/or stress testing a plus
Preferred/Nice to have skills
- A degree from a 4-year university
- ISTQB foundation certification
