Responsibilities
- Work with developers, technology leaders, and other subject matter experts to gather and document product / service information
- Proactively suggesting and developing materials to align with overall product objectives
- Work with Support and CSM on customer feedback and solutions to improve product and service documentation / content for a better customer experience
- Edit text for technical clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistent terminology, and style
- Design documentation templates and standards
- Ensure uniformity and consistency of the narration style in the created content according to the corporate templates and standards
- Keep task backlog up-to-date
Requirements
- 2 years English language documentation authoring
- Excellent written and spoken English, as well as proficient communication skills
- Expert in creating clear, concise language and sentence structure
- Template design experience
- Experience in Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
- Attention to detail
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel
- Writing samples preferred
- Knowledge of Markdown and HTML will be a plus
- Experience with issue tracking systems will be a plus (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
- Experience with image and video editors
- Experience in cross-team collaboration
Preferred/Nice to have skills
- Higher education / Degree or relevant technical certifications
